I brought my vehicle here because it was making a concerning noise, and this shop came highly recommended by a coworker who has been a loyal customer for years. While I am not a mechanic, I am also not someone who can be easily misled. After inspecting my vehicle, I was informed that I needed rear brake pads and rotors, along with two new front tires. I was told nothing else was wrong, so I reasonably assumed these repairs would address the noise that brought me in. I approved the work and paid over $900. Several hours after being told what repairs were needed, I had to call the shop myself to see if my vehicle was ready. I was placed on hold, then told it had been finished and was just sitting there waiting to be picked up. I was never contacted to let me know the work had been completed. What was most concerning was that, during that same phone call, I was casually told there were βsmall noisesβ coming from the transmission. This was the first time I had heard anything about a possible transmission issueβafter I had already authorized and paid for significant repairs. Had this information been communicated during the initial inspection, I could have made a more informed decisi

I trust Deltona which is so important to me. I have been to a couple of repair places and I always felt ripped off but not with Deltona. I appreciate their honesty.

I will not be using Deltona again. My starter went out 1 year ago. Deltona replaced it. The starter Deltona put in failed a year and 2 months later. I called Deltona up and told them my starter failed and I asked them if there was a way they could tell me if there was a Warranty for the starter. That is all I wanted to know. Deltona told me in order for them to know if there was a Warranty Iβd have to bring the car in. So I did. I get a call the day after I bring the car in telling me there is no warranty and Iβd have to pay for the starter if I wanted it replaced. I politely declined and said Iβd pick the car up and do it myself since it was going to be so expensive ($650). I was already intending on doing it myself, but if there was a Warranty I figured why not let them do it. It would be free or cheaper than buying the starter at the least. Anyways I was then told that I would have to pay $150 since they looked over my starter and checked the battery. It was also not disclosed over the phone that there would be a $150 charge to begin with, let alone me not even asking them to do so since I stated I already knew what the problem was. I SIMPLY WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WAS A WARRA

I wish I could give them six stars! I dropped off two tires that needed their needed their rims switched. The got it done in an hour with no appointment. These were used tires. Firestone, Mavis, Pepboys and the like won't switch tires unless they are new. The greed from companies these days is out of control! Deltona will get my business from now on! I suggest everyone to vote with your wallets and avoid any company looking to fleece you for money they don't deserve! Thanks again Deltona!

If youβre very knowledgeable about cars and repairs, this place may be fine, and the pricing can be reasonable. However, if youβre not well-versed in car maintenance, youβre taking a risk. I had work done here over a year ago that later led to issues. Brand-new brakes installed by them didnβt even last 30,000 miles, which raised serious concerns. When I brought the vehicle back, instead of taking accountability, they accused me of doing my own brake work. They kept the car for an entire day and still failed to properly identify or resolve the problem. Communication was poor, and responsibility for the quality of their work was not acknowledged. Overall, the experience left me with little confidence in their service.
